Very fast and easy

Tickets did not come to my email. I messaged Carbon Ticket and they were fast and friendly.

Tickets were very easy to get and excited to see the Nutcracker.

This was such an amazing experience! It was so easy and awesome to be able to pick out our own seats and get the ones we desired. It truly was hassle free!!!

I like the convenience of Carbon Ticket. Reserved seating means you don't have to show up an hour before the show and "save seats" for the rest of the group that will show up later.

I had trouble on my phone. I needed 18 seats and to click on them one by one and wait for it to load took too long. After four seats were loaded, I went to the computer- which was much easier. It might have been my phone or connection, but my computer and phone were on the same wi-fi.

But overall, I prefer Carbon Ticket!!
